Thank you for purchasing from us at The Museum of Scottish Lighthouses run by Scotland's Lighthouse Museum Limited. We will dispatch your order as soon as we can.

Delivery Arrangments

Our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. We will endeavour to get your purchases to you within a week of your order, but sometimes this may not be possible. It may take up to 30 days for your order to arrive, if you have not received your order please contact us and we will either provide a replacement or refund your purchase.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your order with us we ask you to contact us as soon as you can and within seven days of the delivery of the order.
