How to Find Us

The Museum of Scottish Lighthouses is located in Fraserburgh in Aberdeenshire.

Driving from Aberdeen follow the A90 towards Peterhead and Fraserburgh. Past Ellon look for the A952 to Fraserburgh. This road will take you into the centre of the town and the Museum of Scottish Lighthouses is signposted from there.

Driving from Inverness take the A98 through Nairn, Elgin and Banff and you will also be able to follow the signs once you reach the western side of the town.

There is a regular bus service from Aberdeen via Ellon number 267/268 and takes about 1 hour. From Inverness take the bus to Banff and change there for Fraserburgh. Further information about bus times can be found on the Stagecoach Bluebird website.
